Returns & exchangesThe ACCC states the following;
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
Is unsafe
Is significantly different from the sample or description
Doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Please keep your proof of purchase —e.g. your receipt.
1. Eligibility: We accept change of mind returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.
2. Return process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorisation. You will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s). Change of mind returns will be need to be sent back to us at your cost and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
3. Refund or exchange: Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying their condition, we will process either a refund to the original payment method or an exchange for a replacement item, as per your preference.
4. Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage for your records.
5. Damaged or defective items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
6. Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as custom made axles or guards or items not usually stocked are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
